Went to Scarborough yesterday for the final day of Yorkshire’s Championship match. Slim possibility there could have been a result but by early afternoon we left with a draw very much on the cards. Twas a little cold for an ice-cream so we headed down to the south bay. Luckily it was much more sheltered than the north cliff and so we sat and had that seaside favourite, a waffle!! There is little better in the world – British seasides are great – especially Scarborough!
